md99 FAQ — We answer your questions

Open md99.mom in Chrome or Safari. On Android, tap the menu button (⋮) and select "Add to Home Screen". On iPhone, tap the Share button (□↑) and select "Add to Home Screen". This lets you use it just like an app, so you can handle deposits, withdrawals, and gaming quickly. No need to download anything from the Play Store or App Store.

If your connection drops during a game, the result of the round in progress is recorded on the server. Once you reopen the browser and log back in, your balance and full history will be intact and you can continue playing. If the problem persists, contact 24/7 Live Chat — support in Myanmar language is available right away.

md99's website is mobile-first and runs smoothly on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. No separate app is needed — you can access football betting, live casino, and slots all from your browser. We recommend using an up-to-date browser version for the best Burmese unicode display.

Android and iOS smartphones, tablets, and Windows/Mac computers — any device with a modern browser works. With a good 4G or Wi-Fi connection, even Live Dealer games run smoothly. Some older Android versions may need a browser update; contact support if you have any issues.

In Roulette, a wheel numbered 0 to 36 is spun and players win based on where the small ball lands. You can bet in many ways — Straight Up, Split or Street, or Red/Black — making it suitable for both high and low stakes. Multiple Roulette versions are available at md99 Casino.

Dragon Tiger is a simple card game where one card is dealt to each of two spots — Dragon and Tiger. The higher card wins, and you can also bet on a Tie. Because the rules are straightforward, it is one of the most popular live casino games among Myanmar players. Each round is short and the result is known instantly.

Baccarat is a game where you bet on whether the Player side wins, the Banker side wins, or it ends in a Tie. Card values run from 0 to 9, and the side closest to 9 wins. Dealers follow the draw rules, so players only need to place their bet on whichever side they prefer — making it easy to pick up for beginners too.

In Live Dealer games, real dealers — a card dealer or a wheel spinner — are streamed live by camera, and you watch and bet directly from your computer or phone. Because results come from real actions rather than a computer algorithm, many players feel it is more trustworthy. You can access md99 Casino's live games here.

Yes. You can access md99's Live Casino directly from a mobile browser on a good 4G/LTE or Wi-Fi connection. Play in a spot with a strong data connection to keep the video smooth. A Wi-Fi connection will give you the best video quality.

Under md99's Refer a Friend program, you earn a 5% bonus on the first deposit made by each friend you invite, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks. On top of that, you continue to receive 0.1% of that friend's valid bets as a weekly commission — for as long as they keep playing.

Slots games count in full toward wagering requirements. Live Casino games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger may also count, but the contribution rate varies by game type. Football betting contribution rates may differ, so contact Live Chat to confirm.

The wagering requirement is the number of times you need to play through the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. md99's welcome bonus wagering requirement is bonus amount × 25. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, and you must wager 30,000 × 25 = 750,000 Ks before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn. If you close the game session before completing the required wager amount, the bonus may be forfeited.

After logging in to md99 and making your first deposit, you automatically receive a 150% welcome bonus. You can receive up to 200,000 Ks — for example, deposit 280,000 Ks, get a 200,000 Ks bonus, and play with a total of 480,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 200,000 × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks. No bonus code needed — it activates instantly on your first deposit.

You must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawing bonus winnings. Once you have wagered more than bonus amount × 25, any remaining winnings can be withdrawn through the normal withdrawal channel. If you close the game session before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus may be forfeited — read the terms and conditions here.
