Introduction & Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user accessing the md99 platform (https://md99.mom) ("player" or "you") and the md99 service provider ("Company" or "we").
By accessing md99 services, opening an account, or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not continue using the services.
These Terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.
Account Eligibility Requirements
To use the md99 platform, a player must meet the following requirements—
- You must be 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the minimum age of 21 is not permitted to open any type of account.
- You must register using your own name and personal details. Using another person's information to open an account is not allowed.
- Each player may only hold one account at md99. Any additional accounts found will be suspended immediately.
- All personal information provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
- Company employees, family members, and affiliated persons are strictly prohibited from playing, and may not claim any bonuses or promotions.
Account Management
3.1 Account Registration
To open an account at md99, you must provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details. This information may be verified by the company, who may request your National Registration Card (NRC) or passport before processing withdrawals or during bonus claim checks.
3.2 Account Security
Players must keep their login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party. Players are fully responsible for all gaming and financial activity carried out on their account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, report it immediately to [email protected].
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
The company applies a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify personal information in connection with financial transactions. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
Current deposit methods at md99 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum amount per deposit is 20,000 Ks.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum amount per withdrawal is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour. Only accounts that have completed KYC verification are eligible to withdraw.
Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and will not be transferred to any third party.
4.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
The company reserves the right to set deposit and withdrawal limits should financial requirements arise. Players will be notified in advance of any changes to these limits. Any fees charged by the relevant payment service providers are the player's own responsibility and will not be covered by the company.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 First Deposit Bonus
The welcome bonus offered by md99 is 150% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
Example —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks
- Deposit 280,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Balance 480,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks
5.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only.
- Any wagering that does not meet the deposit amount using genuine bonus funds may result in the bonus being forfeited.
- Bonus funds will not be paid out as cash; withdrawal is only permitted once the wagering requirement has been met.
- The company reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions without prior notice.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the company may confiscate the bonus and any related funds, and may suspend the account.
5.3 VIP Programme Cashback
md99's three VIP tiers offer rewards and weekly cashback as follows — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7%, Gold up to 1.0%. Tier upgrades are subject to the company's review of your play history.
Game Rules
6.1 Fair Play
All games at md99 are protected by SSL encryption. For any game, the company reserves the right to review results affected by technical errors such as software faults or network failures.
6.2 Game Interruptions
If a game is interrupted midway, the player's balance will be restored to its original amount. In live casino games, if an active bet is disconnected, it will not be considered a loss until an official result has been determined — only the company's decision will be final.
6.3 Game Decision Processing Time
Any dispute related to gameplay may be submitted through customer service, and the company's decision will be treated as final.
Prohibited Actions
Players must strictly avoid the following actions—
- Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus withdrawal
- Using bots, scripts, or automation software in games
- Using gambling as a tool to carry out money laundering
- Renting or selling your md99 account to another person
- Threatening, abusing, or acting dishonestly toward company staff
- Opening multiple additional accounts from the same household or devices sharing the same IP address to claim bonuses
- Exploiting system errors for personal gain instead of reporting them in good faith
If any of these prohibited actions are found to have occurred, the company reserves the right to seize account balances, void bonuses, and close the account.
Security and Privacy
md99 protects all players' personal data and financial transactions with SSL encryption technology. Players' personal data will only be used for customer service, KYC verification, and legal requirements, and will not be sold to third parties. Account Closure and Suspension
9.1 Company's Rights
If the company finds that a player has violated these terms, it reserves the right to close the account immediately without prior notice. The company is not responsible for any losses arising from policy violations, regardless of the amount lost.
9.2 Player-Initiated Closure
Players may request account closure at any time through customer service. Self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy is also available through customer service.
9.3 Remaining Balance After Closure
If there is a valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses), the company will process the refund within a reasonable period after completing all necessary checks.
Limitation of Liability
md99's services are provided on an "as-is" basis, and the company is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or players' own network connectivity issues.
The company is not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party payment service providers (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay).
The company's total liability to any single player will not exceed the amount that player deposited within the last 30 days.
Changes to Terms
md99 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. All changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Modified" date on this page, and customers will be notified in advance of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
